Senior Product Designer at Livework
São Paulo, Brazil (Remote) / March 2020 – Present
As a Design Consultant at Livework, the world’s first service design agency, I lead end-to-end product design across global digital transformation projects. From user research and UX strategy to high-fidelity UI design, data analytics, and scalable design systems, I deliver solutions that align business goals with user needs, creating a measurable impact.

AB-InBev
• Led the redesign and continuous evolution of a global employee platform, driving discovery, UX strategy, and UI design in an agile, cross-functional environment with PMs and engineers.
• Co-created and scaled a Design System adopted across multiple products, boosting consistency and delivery efficiency.
• Expanded the platform from regional pilot to global rollout, quadrupling NPS and replacing legacy systems with a scalable, user-centered solution.

Bosch
• Conducted global UX research (interviews, usability tests, workshops) for a service portal.
• Supported full platform redesign and helped the organization achieve UX Maturity Level 3, securing buy-in for long-term improvements in usability and service access.

Seguros Unimed
• Advanced Unimed’s insurance e-commerce platform from MVP to a scalable product across life, home, and dental insurance.
• Co-managed a multi-platform white-label Design System, enabling consistency and faster delivery.
• Designed data-driven solutions for dental insurance and pensions, increasing quote requests, reducing support demand, and establishing pensions as a new revenue growth driver.
