With 6+ years of experience in research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and user metrics tracking, I also have a background in graphic and editorial design, and a particular interest in Design System Ops. In my work I act as a bridge between the needs of the user, business, technology and society with multidisciplinary skills, empathy, and strategic thinking. Outside of working hours you might find me digging crates to build my record collection, looking up modernist architecture and design, browsing non-dairy recipes or simply bumping to some good dance music.

Product Designer at Livework
São Paulo, Brazil (Remote) · March 2020 – Today
At Livework, the world’s first Service Design agency, I’ve been working with companies such as Unimed Seguros and Bosch. I lead deliverables from end to end in collaboration with other designers, product and engineering teams, and stakeholders, impacting the clients’ businesses by improving user experience, increasing conversion rates, and decreasing abandon and complaint rates. My activities include:

• Define problems, objectives, opportunities, processes and product strategy through various discovery methodologies;
• Structure, recruit, conduct and document qualitative and quantitative user research, usability tests and workshops;
• Apply research insights in the design of information architecture, user flows, copywriting, wireframing, mockups, prototyping, interfaces in different fidelity levels, for mobile, tablet and desktop screens (web- and app-based);
• Build, manage and grow Design Systems;
• Agile developer hand off, reflecting business and technology needs;
• Implementation follow up with design quality assurance and user metrics tracking via Hotjar, Google Analytics and Hubspot;
